1. Mandarin Nature Preschool – Lead Teacher
📍 Maple Leaf, Seattle | 🕒 Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Lead Teacher to bring our beautifully designed nature-based curriculum to life.
This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, but does not want to build curriculum from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Follow our 12-month curriculum roadmap (themes, goals, and activities provided)
- Lead daily flow: circle time, outdoor exploration, projects, meals, and rest
- Maintain 100% Mandarin immersion during instructional time
- Guide children through emotions, conflict, and social growth
- Spend significant time outdoors in all seasons
Who You Are
- Confident managing a classroom of 3–5 year-olds
- Comfortable with structure, routines, and written curriculum
- Warm, grounded, and calm under pressure
- Familiar with Montessori, Waldorf, or nature-based education
Requirements
- WA State DCYF Lead Teacher qualified (ECE Initial Cert or higher)
- Native-level Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing)
- 2+ years leading a preschool classroom
Compensation & Benefits
- $24–$35/hr (DOE)

2. School Administrator (Operations & Enrollment)
📍 Maple Leaf, Seattle | 🕒 Full-Time
This role is for a detail-oriented, organized, reliable professional who enjoys building systems and keeping everything running smoothly.
You will run the business side of the school while spending about 60–90 minutes daily helping in classrooms and leading Kindergarten Readiness.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enrollment & tours
- Parent communication
- Procare billing & accounts
- Staff onboarding & scheduling
- Supply ordering & inventory
- DCYF licensing compliance
- Social media & outreach
Secondary Responsibilities
- Teach 1 hour of English Kindergarten Readiness
- Supervise transitions & cover staff breaks
Who You Are
- Loves checklists and clean systems
- Comfortable with email, Excel, Procare, Gusto
- Enjoys children but prefers operations over teaching
Requirements
- Office / admin / operations experience
- High School diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
3. Summer Internship & Outdoor Mandarin Educator
📍 Seattle & Eastside | 🗓 June – August 2026
Join our award-winning Mandarin nature camps as a Summer Camp Guide and language role model.
You Will
- Lead small groups (ages 3–8)
- Speak Mandarin all day
- Teach outdoors in parks and gardens
Who Should Apply
